For this event we plan to invite some from out of town to join us for pizza and fellowship. We will have the chance to hear how they came to really know God and also how they have been recently in their growth with Him and the church! This verse has much of the thought and feeling of this event, “Having so fond an affection for you, we were well-pleased to impart to you not only the gospel of God but also our own lives, because you had become very dear to us” 1 Thess. 2:8.
